Using this site

This tool is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal use. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What it does and doesn't do

This site uses your browser's Screen Wake Lock API to prevent your display from sleeping or locking while this tab stays open and visible. It does not and cannot prevent sleep triggered by a closed laptop lid, and it does not bypass or interfere with any device security, authentication, or access-control system — it only affects display/idle-sleep timing.

No warranty

This tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We don't guarantee it will work on every browser, device, or operating system configuration.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for any damages or losses — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this tool, including any consequences of a device locking, sleeping, or staying unlocked while you're away from it. Using a tool like this on a managed or work device is your own decision and responsibility.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site in any way that's unlawful, abusive, or intended to disrupt its operation for other visitors (for example, automated scraping or load-testing without permission).
